Power +/- 40.00 per 0.25 ascending

Fitting advice

Always make the assessment from the DX lenses.
Use a lens with a radius that bridges the transplant including the attached part.
The periphery consists of 2 flattenings, both of which can be adjusted per 0.10 per flattening. You can indicate mid periphery too flat or too steep and/or level lift too flat or too steep.
Change OZ 0.10 or 0.20 smaller is possible if necessary. The fit becomes flatter, and increased the edge lift. This also reduces the sagitta height and makes the tear lens thinner.
The B.C.R can be changed per 0.05 but it is more convenient to use steps of 0.10 to see any effect.
Diameter 12.00 is standard, to be adjusted per 0.10 larger (up to 12.50) or smaller (up to 10.50).
Standard material is SGP 30. If the tear composition is poor, use the Boston XO.
Calculate lens power or specify over refraction over the fitting lens.
Perforations are possible.
